1. Please provide your UID, recharge currency, currency number, currency address, Txid (very important) and description of the situation encountered to the customer service, we will promptly reply and determine whether it meets the requirements for recovery.
2. If it is possible to retrieve the currency, we need to install or upgrade the wallet software, export and import the private key.
